Not quite made it to Geneva just yet
Taking my new time machine/teleporter for a spin.
I knew someone who moved to America for a while. She was perplexed as to why the neighbours didn’t want to be associated with her when she said that back home she worked in the local chippy… and that she gave discounts to friends and family.
AAAAAaaahhhhhhhh!!! Wasn’t really all that happy about how this was turning out and abandoned it. Just stumbled across it and thought I’d upload it in all its naff glory. Sorry about all the references being so obscenely out of date, though I was right about it being hot in late summer. Can only assume I get a new time machine soon. Sorry also for my singing, but you brought that on yourselves.
Silent movie charades anyone?
Heather, I hope you forgive me for this video. Miss you loads.
The Higgs boson/field explained in under 3 seconds… kinda. Another cop out? Maybe.
That image is widely regarded as the first image on the world wide web, though the only quote I can find from one of the people involved says;
“Back in 1992, after their show at the CERN Hardronic Festival, my colleague Tim Berners-Lee asked me for a few scanned photos of “the CERN girls” to publish them on some sort of information system he had just invented, called the “World Wide Web”. I had only a vague idea of what that was, but I scanned some photos on my Mac and FTPed them to Tim’s now famous “info.cern.ch”. How was I to know that I was passing a historical milestone, as the one above was the first picture of a band ever to be clicked on in a web browser!”
But that’s not to say that it wasn’t. If you find out definitively let me know in the comments. :)

Saw this when walking home one day. Aliens have invaded and taken the from of goats. If this is anything to go by though, I think we’re safe.

And yes, I know that turning japanese wasn’t originally about anything dirty, it’s just a particularly amusing interpretation.
